1. Introduction

Welcome to RangePay Reseller Portal Policy. This document outlines the terms and conditions for individuals seeking to become Resellers with their customized bill payment website and Android app through RangePay. By enrolling as a Reseller, you agree to adhere to the policies detailed below.

2. Reseller Portal Activation and Fees

2.1 Activation:

• Upon payment, RangePay Resellers will receive their customized bill payment website and Android app with their brand name and custom domain (if selected).

2.2 Customization:

• Resellers can customize their platform and set their own prices for RangePay products based on the provided price list.

2.3 Android App Upload:

• The Android app will be uploaded to the Android store and is expected to be live within 7 days, subject to Android store policies.

3. Reseller Admin Panel

3.1 Management:

• Resellers will have their own admin panel to manage users, commissions, transactions, and other administrative functions.

3.2 Link to RangePay Account:

• The Resellers Portal will be linked to the Resellers RangePay account by default. Resellers must fund their wallet on RangePay to enable their users to carry out transactions.

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Earning Profit:

• Resellers will earn a profit from all transactions on their website and app, ranging from 0.5% to 10%, depending on the type of transaction.

4.2 Commission Rates:

• Commission rates may vary based on the type of transaction (e.g., Airtime top-up, Data subscription, Internet subscription, Cable TV subscription, Electricity payment, Flight & Hotel booking, Marketplace, and more).

5. Activation Packages and Fees

5.1 One-Time Fee:

• Resellers will pay a one-time activation fee between ₦50,000 - ₦250,000, depending on the package selected during activation.

5.2 Yearly Maintenance Fee:

• A yearly maintenance fee of ₦20,000 will be charged to Resellers for ongoing support and updates.

6. No Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Clause:

• The one-time activation fee is non-refundable. Prospective Resellers are advised to carefully read and agree to our Reseller Portal Policy before making any payment.

7. Changes to Reseller Portal Policy

7.1 Updates:

• RangePay may update the Reseller Portal Policy. Resellers will be notified of significant changes.
